These are the Keathley canvas prints and originals that I currently own.
None of the canvases are available from the publisher, but can be found in a few galleries and from private dealers.  Mark has begun publishing again, generally in larger limited edition sizes for canvases, so these older images, if you can find them, are popular among collectors due to their subject and very small edition size of 50, (especially since most of his current pictures are nature pictures).

Everything is perfect ! It's a beautiful day and the gentle breeze stirs the imagination while the sun warms each thought. There is no rush to be some place else; the fish are not going anywhere and neither are Fishing Buddies. It was a time when the only worry was how many more worms were left in the can and living life to the fullest was natural thing. Everything was wonderful, simple things were exciting and no fish story was too big.

When the weather begins to warm and the flowers put on their glorious display, Hannah and Rachel notice that there are some creatures in their care that need attention, too. After the long winter the family dogs definitely need a scrubbing. Gracie, the Yorkshire Terrier, is more then a bit playful after her bath. Dolly, who showed up on the door step eight years ago, would be a content mutt if she never had to get in the old wash tub. Heidi, the Border Collie, however, is in dog heaven. She loves the tender strokes provided by these loving maidens as they tend to their Spring Cleaning.

Remember when school was finally out, and you found yourself with extra time that you didn't know existed? There was no such thing as being bored, because life was to full of discovery. The horses wait patiently for the command to pull the plow through he rocky soil. In a world of turbulence and unrest. Mark Keathley gently reminds us of the beauty and peace available in this life.

Listen to the crunch of the snow and the sound of happy voices as the children are headed to visit Grandma's house. Over the river and Through the Woods a chilly trip on the fresh snow. There are a few things that just go with summer, and a cool glass of lemonade is one of the best. The neighbors will be busy with their chores, and there is sure to be a big demand for the ice cold treat that is being prepared. Mom has set them up with the supplies, and brother has constructed their store. The locusts will soon begin to sing their summer song. The day will surely be a hot one. And there will be a lot of hot, thirsty folks going by all day. These youngsters will be here to serve them and meet the need of the moment.

The day of the Fair was anticipated for months and worked towards all year. Not simply because the activities and contests, but because folks were reunited with friends and become a part of the community again. Life in the country or on the farm made folks more unique and independent. The challenge of survival encouraged stronger family units, and gave one a sense of being in place. Each individual depended on the other to do their part and be who they should be, One gained a great sense of accomplishment by working the land, but also a powerful thirst for seeing other folks whenever there was a reason. Put all this together and see the excitement on the Day Of The Fair.

The spirit of adventure runs deep in the heart of a child. The desire to set out and explore in the boundaries of their universe is as natural as a duck's desire to go to water. These adventures develop a love for learning. The child becomes a student of nature, noticing the way life works. There is time to consider all of the lessons, that can be learned from Mr. Ant, Wooley the Worm, and Madam Butterfly. Remembering his early days in the country, Mark Keathley would often say, 'Who could sit around and be bored when there is so much to see out there' on a Grand Adventure.

The day of the first snow is coming to an end but the excitement is at it's peak. Friends have come to visit this evening, so the fun is sure to continue. The warm fire and the hot cocoa will drive out the cold, but that will come later. For now, there is celebration at hand. The heart of every child simply knows how to delight in the moment. They intuitively know how to have fun, and no matter what they are doing or where they are going, they go laughing all the way.

Those times were adventurous, those days were worth living, those moments are remembered. From eating tangerines to gathering eggs, or just enjoying the sunshine, it was always fulfilled and carefree. Every moment was enjoyed, and every memory held dear. It helped us to get along with others, and to find a time to help those in need. With help from the artists sons comes Morning Chores.
